New field added to HH record type: SurveyIndexArea. This field is related to the TS_AreaType in CA and will allow submission of HH data according to specific survey areas, instead of StatRec.

Two codes in TS_AreaType are deprecated, 18 (DYFS continental index areas) and 19 (DYFS ENG index mini areas), and a new common DYFS code has been created, 28 (DYFS index areas).
A new code type TS_DYFS_Areas has been created, merging the previous two code types TS_DYFS_ContAreas and TS_DYFS_miniAreas.
The descriptions of all codes in TS_SpecVal has been reviewed by the survey groups.

French Western English Channel Ground Fish Survey FR-WCGFS will be uploaded and available from DATRAS.
