21 March	Abstract Submission Deadline
April	Online registration system opens. Registration fees for the ASC 2023 are available on the conference website.
Late April	Convenor notification of acceptance/rejection of abstracts
April/May	ECS travel fund applications open
1 June	Deadline application for ECS travel funds
22 June	Presenter's registration deadline *
1 July (Midnight, Copenhagen time)	Early bird registration deadline
July	Conference app with programme available
7 August	Video submission deadline (for remote presenters only)
29 August	Submission deadline for presentation slides (for in-person oral presenters only)
4 September	Online registration deadline (on-site registration still possible)
4 September	Registration for excursions deadline – no on-site sign up possible!

*At least one author of each accepted oral and poster presentation must register to the ASC by 22 June 2023. The authors thereby commit themselves to presenting their work at the conference.
