COVID-19 information

At an event the size of the ASC, with participants from all over the world, it is highly likely that there will be instances of COVID-19 at the conference.

Please help us, to help you, limit the spread of the virus, by following these guidelines.

If you feel unwell, or have any cold-like symptoms, please do not attend the conference
We will not require a Covid pass to attend, but please take regular antigen tests to ensure the health of those around you
You are welcome to wear a protective facemask at the venue
Please use the hand sanitizer stations placed around the venue
Please use the breaks to step outside for fresh air
Note that if you do have a positive Covid test result, ICES is unable to support travel to your home destination. Please refer to your own travel insurance for support.
